Sono stati pubbicati i risultati del sondaggio Best Anime 100, che è parte del progetto Nippon Anime 100 della NHK, pensato per celebrare un secolo dell'arte dell'animazione giapponese. La classifica è stata composta tenendo conto di tutti i voti che sono pervenuti dallo scorso 8 gennaio fino al 21 marzo. Si poteva scegliere la propria serie preferita tra le circa 10mila che sono entrate di diritto nella storia degli anime.
